Quality Control

This new module was created to assist you in improving your shop-wide quality control and documenting quality issues and costs. It is also a great tool for training new employees or cross-training current employees. The module includes the following five sections: Quality Procedures, Return Materials, Non-Conforming Materials, Complaint Log and Documentation.

• Record RMAs with reason codes and corrective actions so that you can generate reports on trends and corrections. Nonconforming materials from vendors are tracked in the same way.
• OSHA & ISO requirements and documentation are always at hand. Store all written procedures to be viewed or printed by employees.
• Reminder windows pop up as specified in the procedure section and allow the user to view or print the procedure with a simple click of the mouse button.
• Quality control procedures serve as a reminder to seasoned estimators. The entire procedure can be viewed when more information is required. This is very be helpful when training new employees or cross-training employees from other departments.
• Improve shop-wide Quality Control by recording RMAs with reason codes and corrective action so that you can generate reports on trends and corrections.
• Store all written procedures to be viewed or printed by your employees. Procedures can be stored for production events from estimating through shipping, even events for a particular customer or product.
