E-Traxx

E-Traxx is one of the fastest growing options in Litho Traxx. The module gives your customers and employees 24 hour access to certain relevant information via a web browser. E-Traxx is highly customizable and you can set controls to establish each customer’s information access.

• Give customers access to information specific to that customer.
• Connect through a 4D Client Web Server which communicates with your Litho Traxx server
• Firewall technology will insure the security of your Litho Traxx server and internal network
• Login and access to your web server is controlled by you. After you have set them up with a customer password in Litho Traxx, the customer goes to your web site and enters their customer number along with the password you have assigned for them. This limits the customer's access to only their information.
• Request quotes, review product information, place orders, check on shipping status and more. Customization allows you to give the customer what they need, helping to solidify your relationship.
• Sales can access remotely to update customer records, their activities, and status of their quotes. They do not have to be in the office to assure you have up-to-date data.
