Report Writing

Litho Traxx™ includes more than 200 prewritten reports with variable queries to meet everyday operational needs. Still, each shop deals with different workflows that require different views of data. Litho Traxx offers a variety of customization options to make the system even more useful.


Query Editor
This powerful tool allows users to configure common searches at individual, group, or all-user levels.
Searches can be done across all fields within a current table, and related tables. Selections can be related upward or downward (related one or related many) with comparison values and ranges. Information can be accessed and arranged in formats which meet specific needs, and then saved for reuse. Queries are speed optimized to reduce search time.


Quick Reports
This integrated report writer is specifically designed for simple custom queries and columnar reports. It
can do break level reporting and summary calculations, and fonts, colors and styles can be changes.
Output types include HTML, text, chart or print-to-disk for export. As with the query editor, report formats can be saved and reused.


Super Reports
This custom report writer can be used to create letters in formats that fit customer needs, to generate
personalized order acknowledgements, or to design unique job tickets. Sales representatives,
estimators, production managers, and other users with management-controlled access can take full
advantage of the customization features. Numerous furnished templates speed the process. The possibilities for generating new forms are endless.


Other Options
For those who prefer to use Excel, Access or other tools, Litho Traxx includes an export wizard in all selector screens. The wizard permits exporting functions directly from key areas such as the financial writers. Users familiar with Crystal Reports can use the ODBC driver to link and write reports.
